Portland Commons
Located at the intersection of Front Street West and Portland Street, in the heart of Toronto’s King West neighbourhood, the Portland Commons involves the construction of a new 560,000 sq. ft. high performance office building designed with a focus on technology, wellness and sustainability.
The unique design of the project consists of 11 private outdoor terraces which range from 227 sq. ft. to 9,500 sq. ft. and large and small floor plans up to 56,000 sq. ft. and as low as 7,000 sq. ft. The variation in floor plans allows for flexibility in design and the best utilization of work spaces. On Portland Street, the ground floor will consist of 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
The construction and design of this building is targeting LEED Platinum and WIRED Score Gold.
